## Practice

* Establish a centralized platform for sharing and reusing digital assets, such as forms, templates, and code snippets, to promote collaboration and reduce duplication.
* Develop a community of practice where public officers can share knowledge, expertise, and best practices in digital transformation, and provide training and support to build capacity.
* Establish a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging public officers to try new digital solutions and share their experiences and lessons learned.
