F3.3 Identify and address end user/citizen needs
Practices
Conduct participatory needs assessments through regular, inclusive consultations at the grassroots level to gather input from diverse citizen groups on their needs and challenges. Use these inputs to define the purposes and goals of new DPI systems.
Organize multi-stakeholder consultations including government officials, civil society organizations, domain experts, and citizen representatives to discuss and validate findings from needs assessments and collaboratively design DPI solutions.
Pilot DPI solutions in diverse community settings and gather feedback through structured monitoring, learning, and evaluation studies. Use this feedback to iteratively improve the DPI design.
