* Create a transparency portal that contains a full list of transactions and offers meaningful redress.
* No personal information is shared without the user's consent, unless the data request is made by law enforcement or any other entity lawfully entitled to such data. In all other cases, users can choose to comply with a request for information fully, not at all, or partially, by selectively disclosing parts of the information they have been asked for.
